We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we are unable to accept returns on sealed products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll be happy to help.

Yes. All products sold by Not So Nerds are sourced from trusted suppliers, distributors, and verified partners. We do not sell counterfeit, resealed, or tampered products.
What languages do you stock?
We stock a variety of products including Japanese, English, and occasionally Chinese releases.
The language of every product is clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
Are your products factory sealed?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all booster boxes, packs, collection boxes, and sealed products are factory sealed.
Some Japanese products may be supplied without shrink wrap by official retailers or distributors. This will always be clearly stated in the product title and description.
How long does shipping take?
